Bespoke one-off homes

There's nothing like a home built specifically for you. We take your plans and turn them into reality — the layout you want, the materials you've chosen, the details that matter to you. Because we hold most trades in-house, we keep tight control of quality and programme from foundations to final fix.

Self-build contracting

If you're managing a self-build, we're the reliable pair of hands on the ground. Whether you want us to take the whole build from start to finish, or deliver it to a weathertight shell for you to finish yourself, we'll work to the level of involvement that suits you and your budget.

Traditional and timber frame

We build in traditional block-and-brick and can work with timber frame systems. We'll advise on the approach that best suits your design, your site and your timescale.

Working with your team

We're used to working alongside architects, engineers and other professionals, building to supplied drawings and specifications. We can also help guide you through the practical side of getting a build off the ground.

No — we build for clients. If you have a plot and a plan, we’re the contractor who builds your home. We don’t develop property on our own account.
