Russell Developments is led by its owner, Jay Russell — a qualified bricklayer and joiner who started his apprenticeship at 17 and grew up in a family with a proud North Wales building background. For Jay, building isn’t just a career, it’s a genuine passion, and that shows in the standard of every project we deliver.
